Private or group training is best for learning proper techniques and training methods to improve skill and avoid injury. The education taught in our training sessions can be used for a lifetime. All programs are professionally developed to meet or exceed our client's expectations and investments.

Alternatively, we offer regularly scheduled group classes to add in to your workout regimen. Intro to Bouldering or Climbing
Schedule an "intro to bouldering/climbing" course with one of our instructors to set your climbing journey off on the right foot. Classes include cost of day pass & gear rentals. These classes start at $40 for 30 min or $70 for 60 min. Personal Training with Expert Instructors
New Personal Training sessions are now available with our expert instructors Steve Baranski or with Max Wengenroth.
