Private or group training is best for learning proper techniques and training methods to improve skill and avoid injury. The education taught in our training sessions can be used for a lifetime.
Intro programs cover: Footwork Safety Grading Beta Handholds Body Position Our 1:1 training programs can be scheduled around your availability and can cover any range of skill level from first visit to advanced training. Schedule a class to get you started right. Designed for first time climbers, our intro course will get you or your small group ready to climb the wall with confidence! Classes include cost of day pass & gear rentals. These classes start at $75 for 60 min. For groups add $35 per person on to the original $75 charge. Please call or email to schedule. Personal Training-Climbing and Fitness- & Group Training Personal training sessions are designed to help an individual expand their climbing skills and level of fitness using techniques specifically developed to meet the climbers needs, develop coordination, get in shape, learn new climbing techniques, and have fun under the guidance of a well trained climbing coach!
