CLIMBING PARTIES
Climbing Parties are great for birthdays and celebrations for both children and adults. Celebrate in our private party area and enjoy climbing together. Minimum of 5 participants per party and climbers must be at least 5 years of age. For pricing and options, please submit a Special Event Request using the form below.
TEAM BUILDING
Don’t host another boring event for your employees. Team building events at TBY are active and entertaining. Route Command, twister, and other activities are matched with varying climbs of all ability levels to help build communication and listening skills, conflict resolution, confidence building, motivation, stress reduction, achieving goals and building time management skills. With no outside distractions, such as cell phones, will direct everyone's focus making them totally dedicated to the task.
GROUP EVENTS
The Boulder Yard can help host various parties and events. We host major corporations, military, sport teams etc. For pricing and options, please submit a Special Event Request using the form below.
Please send us the time and date of your requested party and the expected number of attendees.
Party Room Reservation:
1. $150 reservation fee
Covers private party area for 2 hours and one climbing instructor for supervision. Tables and chairs will be provided. You can bring in food, decorations, etc. to be set up before your event time. If you don't need an instructor then the reservation fee is reduced to $75.
2. Discounted 20% off day passes & free gear rentals for an additional $20 per climber
3. Parties of more than 20 reduce the cost of day passes by an additional $5.

Can we bring or order food/decorations?
Yes food and drink is allowed only on the tables provided. Please keep away from the matts and notify staff if any spills happen.
How does pricing work?
We charge 150$ for reserving a separate space (upstairs martial arts studio) where we can set up additional tables and seating if requested- our normal floor space has three tables with 4 chairs at each. This also covers an instructor for 2 hours. Day passes are reduced from 25$ to 20 for parties over 5 and rentals are free.
Are we reserving the whole building?
No, there may be other climbers but on the weekends are normally much less busy. The earlier the better if you are looking for less traffic.
Can we climb after the party time ends?
Yes the reservation and instructor is for 2 hours but feel free to stay and climb for as long as we are open.
Can we bring pets?
Yes, trained dogs are allowed, but must be looked after.

To cancel or reschedule your event, you must contact The Boulder Yard by phone or email at least 7 days prior to the event.
